Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Eszett and go to the Me tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write from the e-mail address of the account to hello@lamplitlabs.com with the subject "Delete my Eszett account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• your e-mail address and sign-in data at our sign-in provider (Clerk);
• everything on our server tied to the account: entitlement (full access, update window), the record of which models you downloaded and when, redeemed codes;
• purchase receipts, except where commercial or tax law requires us to keep them – those are blocked and deleted when the retention period ends (at most 10 years).

What is not deleted by us – because we never had it

Everything you wrote and said, your progress, saved words, mistakes, profile and the downloaded model live only on your phone. They stay until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. A purchase made through Google Play or the App Store remains in your store account and can be restored in the app on any phone.

Deleting only some data

In the app you can clear your profile (Me › About you › Clear everything), your mistakes notebook, saved words and texts individually, and reset progress under Me › Progress. Signing out (Me › Account) removes the session from the phone without deleting the account.
